Possible uses of ACRIN note cards include sending a thank you or appointment reminder to trial participants, or sending a thank you to a referring clinician who refers his/her first trial participant.  Please contact the Project Associate/Specialist assigned to the trial  to request  cards.

Participant Brochure

ACRIN is providing ACRIN 6678 participating sites brochures to assist with participant enrollment.  All participant recruitment materials must be approved by the site's IRB prior to distribution.  A link to an electronic version for submission to the IRB is provided below. Please contact the Project Associate/Specialist assigned to the trial  to request brochures.

Consent Flip Chart

The flip chart highlights key aspects of the trial and is intended to aid discussion about trial participation during the consent process.  If your center would like to utilize this tool, please contact the Project Associate/Specialist assigned to the trial.

Protocol Overview and Training Slide Sets

Site research personnel can download the protocol overview slide set to present at tumor boards and other relevant meetings and to educate referring physicians who may be able to assist with recruiting participants on to the trial.  The training slide set provides additional information about data and image management.

Post-it Notes and Inclusion and Exclusion Cards

Post-it note pads are available so that a patient's file can be tagged with a note as a reminder that the patient may be eligible for the trial.  Also, cards with a summary of inclusion and exclusion are available for distribution to referring oncologists and pulmonologists.  Please contact the Project Associate/Specialist assigned to the trial to request these materials.

Participant Calendar Template

The participant calendar template is  modeled on a calendar used by Washington University for use by ACRIN 6678 sites to help study participants in Groups A and B understand the importance of the imaging and treatment sequence.
