A Randomized Phase II Study of VEGF, RAF kinase, mTOR, and EGF-R Targeted Combination Therapy in Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma
Protocol Documents
Protocol E2804/ACRIN 6676 has been activated through the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG). Participating sites will be ECOG group members or affiliates. To participate in the DCE-MRI portion of the protocol (the ACRIN 6676 sub-study) sites must complete: a) the protocol specific application (click on the "Protocol Application and Site Materials" link) and b) the qualification of the MRI scanner to be used for scanning study participants (click on the "Imaging Materials" link).
To request a complete protocol, please contact the ECOG coordinating office (617-632-3610; www.ecog.org)
ACRIN Principal Investigators: Keith T. Flaherty, MD, ECOG Study Chair
Mark Rosen, MD, PhD, ACRIN Principal Investigator
Status: Open
Imaging Objectives:
- To relate changes in tumor perfusion and vascular permeability on serial
dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI to clinical outcome and radiologic
regression detected by other standard methods.
- To assess the potential of DCE-MRI imaging as a biomarker for response
to therapy and/or as a prognostic indicator of disease progression.
- To assess site readiness and ability in acquiring DCE-MRI data.
Participants: Patients enrolled into the ECOG E2804 trial.
